Nutritional Services are an integral part of every patient’s and resident’s care plan, and the nutrition staff works creatively and collaboratively to help residents benefit from and enjoy mealtimes. Good nutrition is essential to effective recovery as well as a positive outlook. Our staff dietitian and dietary technicians work closely with the nursing and rehabilitation teams to assure the best possible outcome – that residents and patients receive the food they like and the nutrition they need. 


Our dietary team works creatively to present meals that are diverse, delicious, and healthy. We are pleased to use the “pipe and mold” technique for those who require pureed meals. This technique makes the meal more visually appealing, increases the patient or residents’ satisfaction, and keeps respect and dignity at the forefront. We also post recipes on our social media sites monthly on “Wellness Wednesday” to highlight some of our residents’ favorite dishes.
